Bell Tent Picnics in Paradise
Forget dinner at a restaurant…wouldn’t you rather have a picnic amongst the palms?
Treat yourself and your friends to an immersive bell tent picnic at a picturesque location!
With daily availability, the Bell Tent Picnic Package is also a great way to celebrate any occasion – we can set up picnics for birthdays, hens parties, baby showers and engagements.
Having a picnic in a bell tent is like having your own private outdoor dining space, with the best view you can possibly get!
The Bell Tent Space
We set up the bell tent picnics on the most picturesque beaches of the Whitsundays. You can choose between either Boathaven Beach or Cannonvale Beach. You will have the Bell Tent all to yourselves, we cater from a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 people per picnic.
The bell tent will be filled with rugs and cushions. There will be low-lying picnic tables down the middle complete with decor, dried flower arrangements, dinnerware, glassware and cutlery. We can include a personalised message board upon request and put fairy lights around the doorway and centre pole, so that as the sun sets you can enjoy the ambient lighting.

– We provide ice, an ice bucket and drinking water, however all other drinks are BYO. Please be aware of the laws around consuming alcohol in a public place
Meeting Points
When making your booking, please specify if you would like your Bell Tent Picnic to be set up at Boathaven Beach or Cannonvale Beach. We will be there to greet you at 4pm in front of the Bell Tent.
