The following terms and conditions must be adhered to for a hire or setup to take place. Prior to your event we will ask you to read and sign the following terms and conditions:
- The balance of the event is to be paid no less than 7 days prior to the booking date
- A deposit of 50% of the total hire fee is to be paid to secure your booking
- $100 bond is required. This will be refunded back to you within 7 days
- Cancellations with 7 or more more days notice will be fully refunded
- Cancellations within less than 7 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund of the 50% deposit
- Covid Related: If your event can’t go ahead due to Covid related restrictions we will offer you a chance to rebook your event
- Weather Related: If your event can’t go ahead due to bad weather we will give you the chance to reschedule. If we are unable to reschedule we will offer a full refund
- The hirer shall be liable for excess cleaning fees and/or the repair of any damage or replacement of pieces hired caused by the hirer or any of their associates
- Smoking is not permitted whilst utilising any of the hired tents or furniture
- The hirer shall be responsible for the proper behaviour of themselves and their associates and shall be primarily responsible for any damage caused to the items
- Bell Tents Whitsundays will not complete a hire until full payment has been made
- The customer will make every effort to ensure all camp fires are controlled when burning and put out properly if in a campsite that allows fires

- Bell Tents Whitsundays will not be held liable for any injury caused due to improper use of the piece/s hired. The hirer must be aware of the risks connected with utilising bell tents and the furniture included for the period of the booking
