I have never been glamping before - how does it work?

Firstly you choose which campsite you'd like to stay at, then you can either message us to book or book online. We will let you know directions of how to get to your chosen campsite. On the date of your glamping experience we will go out to the campsite and set up your bell tent for you so everything is ready to go, all you have to do is show up! You can park right next to the Bell Tent at all of our campsites.

Is there anything I should bring?

We supply almost everything you need for your glamping experience, however there are a few things we recommend bringing with you. A bluetooth speaker is the first - you can listen to our Bell Tents Whitsundays camping playlist on Spotify or play your favourite camping music. We also recommend bringing bug spray, snacks or any food you want to cook up, marshmallows and firewood if you're at a campsite where fires are permitted and a bag of ice. You can purchase some of these as extras when you book your glamping experience with us and we can supply them for you.

Which season is best for glamping?

In the Whitsundays, between the months of May and November during the dry season is the best season to go camping.

Can I bring my dog?

You may bring one medium sized or small dog, be sure to select "pet" from the extras or just let us know if you plan to bring a dog as a surcharge of $25 applies. This is to cover additional cleaning fees from any dog hair. If your pet damages any of the rugs, decor or bell tent you will be liable for repair or replacement of the damaged items.

Can I park next to the bell tent?

At all of our campsites you can drive up and have direct access between your car and the bell tent.
